During the start of my spiritual journey "The Power of Now" was one of the first book recommendations I received so naturally it's one of my first recommendations to you.

If you don't know or not failure with Eckhart Tolle, go search him on YouTube or something, because this man is special.

The way he breaks things down to the simplest form but still have an impactful message is nothing short of amazing.

"If you get the inside right, the outside will fall into place." is one of the many quotes from this book that has stuck with me since reading it about 5 years ago.

I know you will find something useful in this book and be in a position to utilize it and apply it to your everyday life.

“All negativity is caused by an accumulation of psychological time and denial of the present. Unease, anxiety, tension, stress, worry - all forms of fear - are caused by too much future, and
